Squadron Growth
For some time we've been going on without the squadron growing. I am interested in finding out what your ideas are about how we could change this. What things would you be willing to do in order to get some new cadets in the squadron?

sir, i think we should definately start looking into recruitment at schools and other major events such as the state and county fairs. we shoudl just put our name out the more... c'mon cadets lets get some more ideas flowing!
Yes, all good ideas and exactly what I am looking for. More than anything,I'm also looking for action on the part of the cadets to achieve these goals. The cadet staff should be taking the lead in coming up with ideas as well as making plans to make those ideas a reality.
This is, after all, a Cadet squadron so let's see what this band of cadets is capable of.
